退款与取消政策

当前套餐

自2026年9月25日起，新的付费订阅为 Launch（每月19美元，60个积分） 和 Grow（每月39美元，180个积分）；Free套餐含5个积分。适用税费和最终总额会在Lemon Squeezy结账页面显示，除非取消，订阅将按月续订。

取消和退款

可在 设置 > 订阅、Lemon Squeezy客户门户或通过support@osmu.app取消。访问权限持续至已付费周期结束，之后不再收取续订费用。新的付费订阅者可在首次付款后7天内申请全额自愿退款，不扣除已用积分；提供更多保护的法定权利优先。

现有订阅

Basic、Pro和Enterprise为旧版套餐，不向新注册用户提供。现有订阅者保留购买时适用的条件。除非购买时显示，年度订阅、额外积分购买和旧版积分消耗表不适用于新的Launch或Grow订阅。

Payment processing

Lemon Squeezy acts as merchant of record for checkout purchases and handles payment processing, applicable sales tax/VAT, refunds, chargebacks, and PCI compliance. The Company does not directly store full card or bank-account payment information.
