Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy governs refunds and subscription cancellations for OSMU (the "Service") provided by Agnome (the "Company").

Current paid subscriptions

• New paid subscriptions are Launch (USD 19 per month, 60 credits) and Grow (USD 39 per month, 180 credits). Applicable tax and the final total are shown at Lemon Squeezy checkout.
• Paid subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled. Cancel in Settings > Subscription, the Lemon Squeezy customer portal, or by contacting support@osmu.app. Access continues until the end of the paid billing period; a cancellation prevents later renewal charges.
• Any newly paid subscriber may request a full voluntary refund within 7 days of the first payment. Statutory withdrawal and refund rights prevail where they provide greater protection. Existing subscribers retain the terms that applied when they purchased their plan.
• Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Timing depends on Lemon Squeezy and the payment method.

Payment processing

Lemon Squeezy acts as merchant of record for checkout purchases and handles payment processing, applicable sales tax/VAT, refunds, chargebacks, and PCI compliance. The Company does not directly store full card or bank-account payment information.
