Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy governs refunds and subscription cancellations for the AI content transformation service osmu (the "Service") provided by Agnome (the "Company").
1. Subscription Cancellation
- You may cancel a paid subscription at any time.
- Upon cancellation, you can continue to use the Service until the end of the current billing period that has already been paid for; no further charges will be made from the next period.
- Cancellation can be requested via [Settings > Subscription] in the Service or through customer support (support@osmu.app).
2. Refunds
- New paid (Pro) subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of the first payment if they are not satisfied with the Service.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take up to 14 business days depending on the payment provider.
- If a significant number of credits/conversions have been used by the time of the refund request, the Company may deduct the used portion to the extent permitted by applicable law.
3. Cases Where Refunds May Be Limited
- More than 7 days have passed since the first payment (except where a statutory right of withdrawal applies)
- Service use has been restricted or suspended due to a violation of the Terms of Service
4. Payment & Refund Processing
- Payments are processed through a payment gateway (PG), and refunds are made through the same method.
- The Company does not directly store your card/account payment information.
